This is a great mat. I originally had bought a yoga mat to do yoga and Qi Gong with but, it was not padded enough for my head and back when I did the laying down exercises.

It’s been good so far – better than ones sold in the big sporting stores around here. It seems to have enough cushion or weight to it- to use on a hard wood floor.

Finally an Exercise mat with Padding!
